Responsibilities

  • Negotiates and recruits with other department managers the need for cross training and support in their areas as necessary.
  • Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance

  • Plans and supports the growth of individual skills and abilities in preparation for their next role (building bench); focuses on development and retention of high performers.

Requirements

  • May be required to perform other job-related duties as requested.
  • B achelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Financial and project management experience required
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required
