About the role
- Assist in all phases of the day-to-day administration of an intercollegiate football program as assigned by the head coach.
- A majority of coaching duties will be teaching their respective sport to students.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of college coaching experience with a proven record of success.
- The candidate must demonstrate effective coaching and recruiting methods, strong leadership, organizational skills, and working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- In addition, the successful candidate must have a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes and the mission of Guilford College.
- As such, this position is required to report any incident of sexual misconduct or interpersonal violence to the college's Title IX Coordinator when made aware of such.
