Responsibilities
- These solutions move parts and components from more than 2,000 suppliers to over 100 manufacturing plants and Aftermarket parts distribution centers worldwide and supports international Aftermarket distribution center to distribution center and distribution center to dealer moves.
- Actively contribute to a global Transportation business solutions team that deploys and supports enterprise impactful end-to-end International Transportation Parts & Components solutions moving parts and components from over 2,000 suppliers to over 100 manufacturing plants and Aftermarket Parts Distribution Centers (DC) worldwide, and Aftermarket DC to DC and DC to Dealer for International Parts and Components moves.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for international transportation systems and processes, supporting global operations teams and internal and external solution partners while driving continuous improvement through process enhancements, automation, and analytics.
- Train, establish, and support internal users across transportation systems.
- Manage detailed, complex tasks from start to finish in a timely manner with minimal instruction or review
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas.

Compensation
- $112,710.00 - $169,060.00
- Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
