Responsibilities
- Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to support efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
- Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
- Years of Experience
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet productivity goals while ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
Nice to have
- Shift hours starting at Noon until completion
- Approximately 10-12 hours per shift
- 4 Day Work Week, Monday through Thursday
Compensation
- $18.50/hour plus incentive opportunities
