About the role
- The ideal candidate is committed to the student-athlete experience and capable of balancing competitive excellence with academic priorities.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of practice sessions and training programs, focusing on technical and tactical development.
- Scout opponents and prepare game plans, including video breakdown and analysis.
Responsibilities
- The Men's and Women's Water Polo Assistant Coach will support the head coach and associate head coach in all aspects of leading a nationally competitive Division III program.
- Support in-game decision making, strategy, and adjustments.
- Manage team operations such as equipment, travel logistics, and communication.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
- Must be available for evening and weekend commitments, as well as travel during the season.

- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
