Responsibilities
- There are groups building AI who don't share these goals.
- We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them - with teams spanning hardware and software.
- Own the workplace experience across every Fluidstack office as the company scales across continents.
- Build the workplace standards and playbook so the next office opens faster and better than the last.
- Partner with People, IT, and Security so a new site is fully operational on day one.
- Office build-outs and leasing.
Nice to have
- Global or multi-site workplace programs.
- Headcount scaling in a high-growth company.
- Vendor and budget management at scale.
- Experience spanning US and international sites.
