About the role
- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of talent marketing leadership, agents, clients and client service team members and to accomplish client related sales, marketing and account operations.
- This includes sales, branding, accounts receivable, PR, charitable endeavors, and social media management.
Responsibilities
- Establish brand, agency and media relationships that lead to brand partnerships, barter relationships and high-end gifting opportunities
- Create branding and marketing materials for current Wasserman Client roster
- Assist marketing leadership with managing relationships with existing partners
- Manage incoming queries for clients and provide regular updates to agents and client service representatives
- Access support for travel and commuting needs, where available
Requirements
- Must be customer service focused to provide the best possible support to clients and internal team members.
- Ability to prospect and research marketing partnerships on behalf of the clients
- Strong understanding of social/digital media
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to interact with people of all demographics
- Maintain timely, thorough, and accurate account receivables, department databases and generate reports as required, including through Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree (sports management, sales, marketing business administration, comm., or finance a plus).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
