- Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for to determine legal condition of property title as part of production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

- Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title and insurability of primarily commercial or industrial property title

- Recognizes and solves typical problems
