Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Boulevard's marketing operations strategy, systems, and processes
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to improve GTM performance and operational efficiency
- Identify, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows and automation opportunities
- Build and optimize processes that improve campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and customer engagement
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and best practices across the marketing organization, including identifying and shipping at least two AI-enabled workflow improvements with measurable impact on funnel efficiency or team productivity in your first 6 months
- Own and optimize Boulevard's marketing automation stack, including Marketo, Customer.io, and related GTM systems
- Design scalable segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle, and customer journey frameworks
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance, marketing efficiency, and revenue impact
- Partner with RevOps and Data teams to deliver actionable insights and forecasting
- Build and lead a high-performing Marketing Operations team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or Lifecycle Marketing within B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, attribution, and funnel management
