About the role
- $200,000 - $220,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS Cloud Development Kits (CDK)
- Build, containerize, and deploy services using Docker images and AWS container services
- Work with application developers to identify and implement infrastructure and deployment requirements
- Translate mission needs into technical requirements and convey how a technical solution will deliver mission results
- Prioritize work based on mission need and document and communicate technical and non-technical requirements for all audiences
- Collaborate with other technical teams across multiple organizational boundaries and make informed recommendations on project requirements
Requirements
- Experience with the Sponsor's AWS cloud environment
- Programming experience in Java and Python
- Experience in Systems Administration
- Experience writing and tuning complex queries against structured and unstructured data sets using both SQL and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch query languages
- Experience integrating AWS services including Lambdas, SNS, SQS, etc., in the Sponsor's environment
- Demonstrated experience with Python
- Demonstrated experience with Linux shell scripting
- Demonstrated experience with cloud services, including Lambda functions and layers, S3, Batch, EC2, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, IAM roles, DynamoDB, and container services
- Demonstrated experience using AWS Cloud Development Kits (CDK) - CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar are NOT substitutes for CDK experience
- Security Clearance Required
Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience with reverse engineering tools, such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, JADX, or APKtool
- Demonstrated experience with multiple cloud providers
- Demonstrated experience with other programming languages besides Python
Compensation
- $200,000 - $220,000 (depending on experience)
- $200,000 - $220,000 (based on experience)
- 6% 401(k) match + 4% annual profit sharing
