Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives on discovery, and meet with partners to shape fraud and identity strategies that mitigate risk.
  • Act as the analytical and technical thought partner to the sales team, ensuring alignment with each partner's needs.
  • Build, coach, and scale the Solutions Analytics team, establishing best practices and raising the bar across the group.
  • Expand the team's scope beyond pre-sales retros into pipeline analytics and deeper, ongoing partner consulting.
  • Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials - surfacing relevant insights, such as emerging fraud tactics, and collaborating on publishing.
  • Develop and maintain durable, trusted relationships with partners over the full lifecycle.

  • We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India.
  • As the Head of Solutions Analytics, you'll lead a team of business analysts and data scientists who are deeply embedded in SentiLink's sales process and our partner relationships.
  • The Solutions Analytics team consumes a prospect's pilot data and delivers a rigorous retro study, while supporting existing partners with ad-hoc analytical needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years of people management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to present complex business cases in a clear, accessible way.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward driving work independently, and a quick-learner mindset.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.

Nice to have

  • an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • hands-on comfort with SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Fluency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Compensation

  • $200,000 - $260,000/year + equity + benefits
