Responsibilities
- These meals are better-for-you versions of familiar favorites, designed to save you time and reduce stress while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Their primary objective will be to identify performance opportunities across sites, quantify the business opportunity and leverage their plant relationships to deliver recommendations to the Home Chef Operations leadership team.
- As a leading strategist on the National CI team, this role is a plant facing, change driver that is constantly assessing plant performance and distance from target, assessing best practices, and leveraging the necessary plant process expertise to deliver change recommendations to the plant fulfillment network.
- Develop models and methodologies to monitor success of multiple facets of the business (facility capacity, machinery usage, labor, production, etc.)
- Find innovative ways to make data actionable for our production teams - build processes to better collect, store, and visualize operational data in a meaningful and impactful way
- Help team to structure project work and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations
- Develop project recommendations through close work with the plant fulfillment leaders to pair opportunity with plant need\
Requirements
- Experience spearheading execution on large-scale, high-impact projects
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Excellent communication skills, with experience creating buy in with a range of stakeholders such as hourly employees, customers, suppliers, and executives
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations analytics
- Background in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- strong capabilities in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Scripts.
- 3+ years of experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS & common coding languages
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong prioritization and project management skills
- Proactive in identifying problems and finding innovative solutions
Compensation
- Home Chef offers the base salary range as posted below, with the exact offer depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
