Responsibilities

  • Are you ready to support the creation of innovative fragrances while gaining hands-on experience across fine fragrance and home care applications?
  • We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.
  • Scent: Harnessing the full emotional power of scent, driven by pioneering creativity, science, consumer expertise and a mindful approach to fragrance design.
  • Support fragrance development across fine fragrance and home care/fabric care applications
  • Prepare and deliver fragrance samples for internal evaluation and application testing
  • Manage raw materials, including labeling, shelf-life control, replenishment, and contamination prevention
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and support housekeeping and inventory control activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent
  • Early career experience ( at least 1 year, including internships) in a laboratory or technical environment
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and good laboratory practices
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to read and understand English

Nice to have

  • Experience in fragrance compounding or perfume laboratory environments
  • Exposure to fine fragrance or home care applications
  • Exposure to both fine fragrance and home care innovation
