Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor manufacturing supervisors, team leads, and frontline staff, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Implement and maintain robust production scheduling systems that meet delivery timelines and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor labor utilization and production efficiency; identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
  • Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production documentation to ensure process consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Unit to resolve non-conformances, execute OOS investigations, and uphold compliance.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support production flow, capacity planning, and capital projects.
  • Provide leadership support to the Plant Manager and contribute to cross-site initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing metrics and technical documents.

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will balance hands-on experience with big-picture thinking to elevate operational performance and support the organization's growth trajectory.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred
  • equivalent experience considered.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • experience with ERP/manufacturing software preferred.
