Responsibilities
- Write code: Design, implement, and deploy reliable and efficient production software in our React/Django/Azure stack.
- Elevate your squad: Actively collaborate in sprint planning, execution, code reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
- Architect for maintainability: Own design decisions across the stack. Establish and execute scalable patterns, standards, and best practices for the squad.
- Grow yourself: Continually seek ways to level-up your own skills and make a bigger impact throughout the company.
- Experience building and optimizing consumer-facing frontend applications in React and Typescript.
- Experience developing and optimizing web-based solutions in modern Python, ideally using Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with users and business stakeholders, facilitating software and process requirements.
- Understanding of cutting edge AI tools and a commitment to leveraging them to rapidly deliver high quality software.
- Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions.
