About the role

- Target Base Salary Range: $48,000 - $50,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years experience in a technical support role

Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with surveillance/CCTV system installations and operations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an enthusiastic and patient demeanor with field techs or clients.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
Nice to have
- Candidates in US west coast time zones preferred.
- Computer literate with a strong grasp of Linux and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Salesforce is a major plus.
- Formal technical training is preferred, along with demonstrated progressive advancement in your technical career.

Skills
- Technical Aptitude: Computer literate with a strong grasp of Linux and Google Workspace. Experience with Salesforce is a major plus.
- Networking & Integration: Strong system integration experience and robust networking knowledge.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with surveillance/CCTV system installations and operations. Field experience is highly valued.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work nights and weekends if a major rollout requires it.
- Education/Experience: Formal technical training is preferred, along with demonstrated progressive advancement in your technical career.

Compensation
- $48,000 - $50,000 USD
