Rite-Hite is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Horn Lake, MS manufacturing facility.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Plan and meet production.

Implements operational procedures.
Maintain efficiency through effective personnel management.
Understands and supports safe production practices and good housekeeping.
In this role, you will lead and support a team responsible for producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You'll oversee daily production operations, coordinate staffing and materials, drive safety and quality initiatives, and help ensure production goals are met efficiently.

Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand
Must be able to read and interpret parts prints, assembly prints and tooling prints.
Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to respond to common inquiries.
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
