Responsibilities

  • Implements operational procedures.
  • Maintain efficiency through effective personnel management.
  • Understands and supports safe production practices and good housekeeping.
  • In this role, you will lead and support a team responsible for producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • You'll oversee daily production operations, coordinate staffing and materials, drive safety and quality initiatives, and help ensure production goals are met efficiently.

Requirements

  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand
  • Must be able to read and interpret parts prints, assembly prints and tooling prints.
  • Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Skills

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk or hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
