About the role

- You'll keep our content engine running on time and with fewer surprises.
Responsibilities
- Own request intake to ensuring briefs are complete and coordinate feasible timelines with content manager before work begins.
- Maintain the content calendar, track progress, and proactively resolve schedule risks and dependencies.
- Build and support publishing content in our CMS and email tools, including formatting, metadata, and link QA.
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates that reduce content errors and improve speed.
- An organized, meticulous approach to scheduling and building efficiencies to map, refine, and produce content processes and SOP documentation.
- A growth mindset eager to learn new tools and systems to level up the experience for WPN retailers and content partners.

Requirements
- At least 1-3 years experience with content production and coordination for internal and external content publishing.
- Proficiency with content management systems and maintaining a content production calendar.
- Must be located in one of the following: Health & Wellness, Time Off to Recharge, Financial Well-being, Life & Family Support, Volunteer and Community Initiatives, Learning & Development, Exclusive Perks
Nice to have
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or Confluence project management software plus Contentful and/or Braze content platforms.

Compensation
- $80,200 - $103,000 USD
