About the role
- Looking for a Senior Broadband and Digital Equity Data Analyst to serves as the District's clearinghouse for all broadband and digital equity data-related issues.
Requirements
- A writing sample may be required.
- Ability to conduct independent research on complex issues involving policy, economic, financial or technical matters.
- Expert GIS skills and 5+ years working with Esri tools (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro etc).
- Deep experience with Business Intelligence and Statistical Modeling tools.
- Expertise in at least one statistical programming language (R, Python, Stata, SAS, or similar)
- Ability to write clear and concise reports or other materials appropriate for various audiences.
- Ability to meet applicable deadlines.
- 6-10 years as SME in complex enterprise-level projects.
- Bachelor of Science degree in geography, engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil), or other technical field.
- Master's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience - Desired
