About the role
- This position oversees the overall VDC delivery of a project from start to finish, including modeling, BIM trade coordination, and detailing deliverables by planning, directing, and tracking VDC team activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Advanced VDC/BIM Application: Demonstrate a deep understanding and/or five years of hands-on experience using, navigating, coordinating, and drawing in 2D/3D modeling software.

- Must possess the active ability to use Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other BIM software to model and evaluate impacts. - Clash Resolution Leadership: Provide strong leadership in identifying and resolving design conflicts and system clashes, both internal and external.
