About the role
- As a Community Relations Associate at Alumni Ventures, you'll play a vital role in supporting our investor community while gaining hands-on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations.

Responsibilities
- Investor & Community Support
- Provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful support using approved resources and internal playbooks.
- Investor Support and Community Operations
- Build strong relationships with investors, community members, and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a high-touch, service-oriented customer experience across the investor journey.
- Support investor onboarding and ongoing engagement efforts.
- Partner Support & Operations
- Collaborate closely with Managing Partners, Community Managers, and senior leaders.
- Support fundraising initiatives, fund operations, club programs, and syndication activities.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, client services, relationship management, account management, hospitality, recruiting, operations, financial services, consulting, or another customer-facing environment.
- Ability to learn and effectively use new systems, tools, and business processes.
Nice to have
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Exposure to financial services, investing, venture capital, wealth management, banking, consulting, or related industries.
- Experience coordinating projects, events, webinars, or operational workflows.
