About the role

  • Work collaboratively with the Business Unit Leaders to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs in a matrix organization.
  • This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the Business Unit
  • Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Suggest changes to Senior Management using analytics to support recommendations - actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate large groups, manage conflict and arrive at a comprehensive decision
  • Participate in, and occasionally manage, daily huddles to ensure all parties are aware of project status, timelines, roadblocks and upcoming deliverables

  • Ability to write routine reports.

  • Reasoning Ability:
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Computer Operations:
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, BI tools, SQL, and experience with ERP/financial systems
  • Process mapping experience using Visio or other mapping application
  • Planning/Organization:
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
