Lead and develop engineering managers and senior engineers, creating strong teams with clear ownership, healthy operating rhythms, and meaningful growth paths.
Partner closely with Product, Research, Security, and executive stakeholders to align roadmap priorities, technical investments, and customer outcomes.
As AI-driven fraud and deepfakes erode trust in digital communication, Pindrop delivers continuous identity verification and deepfake detection across voice, video, and digital interactions in real time.

You are strategically minded and know how to turn complex business and technical goals into practical, executable plans.
You are technically credible and AI-fluent, with the judgment to guide architectural decisions and adopt AI-enabled capabilities responsibly.
Experience in fraud prevention, authentication, voice biometrics, risk engines, or related security domains.

8+ years of engineering experience, including meaningful people leadership in software, platform, or infrastructure environments.
Proven experience owning and scaling distributed systems, APIs, or microservices in production, ideally in SaaS environments.
Strong technical depth in cloud-native systems and modern engineering practices across AWS and/or GCP.
