About the role

  • Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices and code reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build the foundational web application framework using React, Next.js or similar frameworks, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent.
  • Build systems that are scalable, efficient, and robust to support rapid growth and evolving product needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Proven experience with React, Next.js or similar frameworks, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent styling tools.
  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with package management and module bundlers (e.g., npm, Yarn, Webpack, Vite).
  • Nice to Haves Experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing start-up You embrace AI: Experience with Cursor, V0, Github Copilot Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services.

Compensation

  • $120k-$180k
