- Job Overview Provide an excellent guest drinking experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Responsible for using Workday to communicate with management about time off requests & working availability.
Responsibilities
- Performs other appropriate duties as assigned by manager on duty.
Requirements
- Ability to follow directions and be coachable.
- Ability to speak and hear.
- Previous bartending experience in high volume restaurant/club; formal service preferred.
- Must speak, read, and write in English proficiently.
- Local Pouring Permit & Alcohol certification
- Close and distance vision.
- Identify and distinguish colors.
- Frequent walking with some standing at times.
- Will walk for long periods of time, possibly extended distances.
- Occasionally lifts/carries up to 50 lbs.
- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous bartending experience in high volume restaurant/club
- formal service preferred.
Skills
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
