Responsibilities
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with company goals, including market analysis, spend analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Lead strategic sourcing activities, including Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and negotiation processes to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and finance teams to ensure category strategies meet internal stakeholder needs.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, value engineering projects, and working capital improvements within the assigned categories.
- Manage contracts, service level agreements, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
