Responsibilities
- Leading the end-to-end design, launch, and execution of high-impact ecosystem programs
- Proactively identifying and leading complex, multi-party initiatives that connect technology partners with other ecosystem areas (Community, Marketing, etc.) to create enterprise-scale value
- Defining and implements the organizational standards for alliance relationship quality, performance reporting, and engagement models used across the division
- Developing and managing advanced performance reporting and influenced pipeline analysis to provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Maintaining expert-level management of the CRM for relationship tracking and uses Asana to drive portfolio-level program strategy and execution
- Conducting technical discovery and rigorous vetting of third-party providers to translate complex partner roadmaps into scalable "Joint Value Propositions" for the Ignition community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field OR 7 years of work experience in a similar role or field
- Management Leadership experience (2 -3 years)
- Familiarity with the industrial automation, manufacturing, or industrial software industry.
- Experience with alliance management platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools such as Asana
