About the role
- The Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for processing referrals for ex-offenders leaving prison, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accommodation requests.
- Although allocation decisions are made elsewhere, you will be responsible for updating internal systems, including VECO, to reflect placements and changes.
Responsibilities
- You will work confidently across Microsoft platforms to update records, manage bed-space reports, and handle sensitive data in line with information-sharing and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements
- comprehensive training will be provided, but candidates must be comfortable assessing and managing risk within a criminal justice setting.
Nice to have
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for service users
- Demonstrate previous experience working in an office administration environment
- Carry out administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail
- Be IT literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft platforms (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Confidence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within the criminal justice sector

Compensation
- up to £29,854.21
- Salary up to £29,812.57 per annum
