About the role

Senior Director, FP&A reports to the VP, FP&A and serves as an integral member of the Finance Leadership team.
Position serves as a key advisor to the head of Technical Operations/Global Supply Chain and contributes to the organization's development and achievement of strategic goals.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

Act as key advisor to the head of Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops to drive results that are aligned to Corporate strategy and goals
Develop and implement forward-looking, financial analytics to provide insights into the organization's operations and business plans
Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the CFO & VP FP&A informed of all critical issues
Manage consolidation and reporting of quarterly financials
Participate/lead special projects
Direct activities (dotted line basis) of Zug, Switzerland-based Associate Director, FP&A providing part-time support for Ireland manufacturing activities
Lead by example and communicate cross-functionally

Must be willing to flex work hours at times to accommodate business partners in Europe
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of time

In the U.S., the hiring pay range for fully qualified candidates is $270,000-$315,000 per year.

Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget/forecast process for the Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops function, with support of Associate Director, FP&A based in Zug, Switzerland
