Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project needs and deliverables with other discipline leads and business units
  • Manage design staff as lead engineer on project tasks.
  • Provide leadership in efficient and constructability design of civil projects.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and ensure that client objectives are met.
  • Estimate and budget labor hours for design projects; review job costing reports.
  • Manage project financials and billings for projects.
  • 8+ years' experience as a consulting engineer providing design and project management of land development and municipal projects
  • A solid understanding of civil design and construction standards, and environmental conditions / constraints.
  • Serve as senior technical lead on cumulative project total >$750K annually.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's in civil engineering and professional registration is required or obtainable within a year of hire (Washington)
  • A proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets.

Compensation

  • Annual Expected Pay Range
  • $125,000 - $135,000 USD
