About the role

As a Plumbing Superintendent at Airo Mechanical, you will assume a leadership role in overseeing Plumbing projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing all on-site aspects of Plumbing installations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
This role presents an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of challenging and rewarding projects.

Lead and manage Plumbing projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to meet project objectives and client expectations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing project updates as needed.
Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in commercial and industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of Plumbing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
