Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and on the phone by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriate
- Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner
- Partner with FAs to ensure BOH organization
- The opportunity to support and contribute to the back of house
Requirements
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $56,500CAD annually
