Responsibilities
- Support students in developing social and self-regulation skills through positive reinforcement, redirection, and consistent routines.
- Participate in student support meetings (SSTs, 504s, IEPs) when invited and contribute observations and feedback.
- Support crisis response and de-escalation procedures as needed under the direction of credentialed staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships with students and colleagues.

- Actively participate in professional development related to special education, inclusive practices, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education, psychology, or child development strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with IEPs, accommodations, and inclusive education practices.
