  • Support crisis response and de-escalation procedures as needed under the direction of credentialed staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build supportive relationships with students and colleagues.

  • Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education, psychology, or child development strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with IEPs, accommodations, and inclusive education practices.
