Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to drive a car and a passenger van (which holds up to 15 passengers).
  • Must be willing to be on call 24/7 Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
  • 1+ years of experience in a residential treatment center preferred 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred Other

  • Devereux is a drug-free workplace, drug screening required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Nice to have

  • Shift differential (up to $2.00 / hour).
  • Relevant experience in field (up to $2.00 / hour).
  • $.72 / hr for Masters degree).

Compensation

  • Starts at $19.50/hr - 22.77/hr. PLUS additional compensation: Shift differential (up to $2.00 / hour). Relevant experience in field (up to $2.00 / hour). Credit for higher education ($.48/hr for Bachelors degree
