Director - Solutions Engineering (Aladdin)
At its core is Aladdin®-a unified operating system for investment managers spanning public and private markets globally.
Aladdin® brings together comprehensive deal and portfolio management, trading, operations, and risk capabilities on a single platform to enable informed decision making, effective risk oversight, efficient execution, operating model flexibility, and scale.

Lead large, senior-level prospect engagements from RFP through vendor selection.
Partner with Aladdin Business Development to drive sales strategy and win new mandates.
Deliver sophisticated, workflow-oriented demonstrations tailored to investment, risk, operations, and technology teams across client organizations.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CTO, COO, Heads of Desks), positioning Aladdin as a strategic partner in transformation.
Partner with Aladdin product development to contribute ideas, understand Aladdin's roadmap and latest functionality

10+ years of experience in investment management, enterprise investment technology, or financial markets, ideally across OMS/EMS, portfolio management systems, risk systems, or private markets platforms.
Strong understanding of front-to-back investment workflows, risk processes, portfolio construction, trading, operations, and technology architectures.
Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$180,000.00 - USD$270,000.00.
