Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 8-10 Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hit growth targets across your district.
- Own the P&L for your district - overseeing planning, performance analysis, and cost management to hit sales and EBITDA targets.
- Build the next generation of JOE leaders by developing internal talent and attracting high-potential candidates from outside the company.
- Partner with fellow District Managers to drive consistency, share learnings, and raise the bar across markets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit leadership experience in food & beverage - this is a requirement
- A hands-on leadership style - you lead by example, not from behind a desk
