About the role
- You will work cross-functionally with UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Phoenix office.
- Essential Responsibilities Product Strategy & Backlog Management Define and prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog for mobile application initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

- Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and support strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define product specifications.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to support comprehensive functional, performance, and security testing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role supporting software development.
- Familiarity with mobile application development processes and user experience principles.
- Experience with mobile analytics, A/B testing, or customer research methodologies.
Skills
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
