About the role
- The Disability Allies (DA) is dedicated to providing social opportunities to connect young adults and children with and without disabilities.
- The Event Director is responsible for the leading a team that is in charge of planning and organizing our events and managing our event registration.
- The title of the position is subject to change before being hired.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of individuals attending our monthly events.
- Ability to connect with others and develop relationships
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently
- Ability to maintain detailed records and confidential information
Requirements
- Must be able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Skills
- The Disability Allies is nonprofit organization with the mission of connecting young adults with and without disabilities.

- The job of the mentor is to help the participants with their social skills and insure that everyone interacts with each other.
