About the role
- This individual will effectively review Lost Time claims and determine appropriate action for resolution.
- This role offers a remote work environment while requiring the employee to be based out of Minnesota.
- Investigate claims thoroughly, including coverage, liability and exposure
Responsibilities
- Manage desk and caseload of claims in an efficient and professional manner
- Evaluate exposures and maintain accurate and timely reserves on all files
- Control and manage litigation issues

Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license in the state of Minnesota
- Successfully pass tests in states where they are required for license
- Attend training and become proficient with workers' compensation statutes for the states that you have been assigned
- Ability to provide professional and friendly customer service
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Lost time workers' compensation claims experience preferred
