Responsibilities
- Define and implement the site's maintenance strategy.
- Develop, execute, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Manage corrective maintenance activities and technical shutdowns.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams.
- Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
- Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, or World Class Manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of maintenance performance indicators and reliability methodologies.
