About the role
- Overview Head Lifeguard Under the Aquatics Director/Coordinator, the Head Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining a safe aquatic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and participants.
- Current CPO certification within 60 days of employment American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute.
Responsibilities
- In the absence of the Aquatic Director or Coordinator, the Head Lifeguard will supervise staff, maintain facility operations, assist in the administrative duties of the Aquatics Department and lifeguard to ensure the safety of members and participants.
Compensation
- Pay Range USD $19.69 - USD $23.63 /Hr.
