About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate material movement.
- Receive, inspect, store, pick, kit, and deliver materials to production lines.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support material replenishment activities.
- Support return material processing and inventory balancing.
- You'll enjoy working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment while helping build the products that inspire children and families around the world.
- As a Logistics Operator Level 5 (Team Lead), you will provide day-to-day leadership for warehouse operations while ensuring materials are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently to support production.
Requirements
- Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse and forklift operating experience.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Basic computer and handheld scanner proficiency.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work a 12-hour E Shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
- 5+ years operating forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience supporting production through material handling and inventory management.
- Leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Required Qualifications.
- Forklift Certification.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with SAP or similar warehouse management software.
- Experience coaching or mentoring employees.
- Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience.
