About the role

You'll coordinate team activities, monitor inventory movement, assign daily work, and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead daily warehouse operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate material movement.
Receive, inspect, store, pick, kit, and deliver materials to production lines.
Monitor inventory accuracy and support material replenishment activities.
Support return material processing and inventory balancing.
You'll enjoy working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment while helping build the products that inspire children and families around the world.
As a Logistics Operator Level 5 (Team Lead), you will provide day-to-day leadership for warehouse operations while ensuring materials are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently to support production.

Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse and forklift operating experience.
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Basic computer and handheld scanner proficiency.
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work a 12-hour E Shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
5+ years operating forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Experience supporting production through material handling and inventory management.
Leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications.
Forklift Certification.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with SAP or similar warehouse management software.
Experience coaching or mentoring employees.
Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience.
