About the role
- Semiconductor companies rely upon FormFactor's products and services to accelerate profitability by optimizing device performance and advancing yield knowledge.
- Shift: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm.
- This role is responsible for executing daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement across assigned shifts or production areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet throughput, quality, cost, and cycle‑time objectives.
- Directly supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians and operators.
- Lead kaizen events, standard work creation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams.
- Support change management initiatives and implementation of new tools or processes.

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience

- $84,800.00 - $111,300.00
