About the role

This highly visible position requires senior level experience working with Cisco Call Center Manger experience and CUCM of technologies and services.
The engineer will be responsible for system monitoring, system administration, system backups, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, upgrading, system controls, and documentation of ATI telephony systems.

Gather business requirements for technology solutions.
Manage telephony projects including solutions and supporting documentation.
Test and evaluate new technologies to solve business requirements and enable strategic business initiatives.
