About the role
- As a direct services staff, you will provide mentorship and resources to help maximize potential by highlighting individual strengths.
- You will also serve as a systems change advocate to ensure relevant services for youth, adults and families who represent historically marginalized communities.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support and mentorship to youth and adults and their families who have experienced various forms of violence and/or homelessness
- Promote healing through creation of a positive environment and provision of comprehensive activities to support goals
- Manage effective and efficient data practices and communication
- Experience in implementing interventions to support complex trauma
- In this role you serve youth, adults and families by providing intensive case management through Rapid Rehousing support.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent lived or field experience
- Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, extensive walking, standing, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass DHS Fingerprint Criminal Background Study as required by program licensing.

Compensation
- The salary for the position is $23.50 per hour.
