About the role

Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
o Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems

1-2 years exp using Agile SDLC Methodology.
Must have at least 2 years of writing automated test scripts.
1-2 yrs hands-on experience in the use of Quick Test Pro (QTP) with VB scripting.
o 8-10 years experience required
Reliable Software has the ability to quickly respond to technology initiatives by strategically acquiring skills and managing available resources.

o Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field preferred

o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Strong mentoring skills
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Review and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures
o Review and execute testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
o Review documentation of software defects and assign software developers to investigate and resolve the issue
o Review and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
