Requirements
- Experienced engineering leader (8-10+ years in engineering, 3+ years managing senior and staff engineers).
- Experience integrating with identity verification vendors (e.g., Trulioo, LexisNexis, Socure, Alloy) or sanctions screening providers.
- Familiarity with AML/BSA regulatory obligations, OFAC screening, FinCEN CIP rules, or Red Flag program requirements.
Compensation
- To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location but this role is only open to National locations and the compensation is aligned according to the
