The Road Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical maintenance activities for the truck and trailer fleet.

Diagnose or support complex mechanical diagnostics (engine, transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical)
Validate the quality of repairs before returning vehicles to service
Collaborate with external suppliers (inspection, specialized maintenance)
Manage priorities based on operational needs and emergencies
Identify risks and propose and implement corrective measures
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
