- The Road Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical maintenance activities for the truck and trailer fleet.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose or support complex mechanical diagnostics (engine, transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical)
- Validate the quality of repairs before returning vehicles to service
- Collaborate with external suppliers (inspection, specialized maintenance)
- Manage priorities based on operational needs and emergencies
- Identify risks and propose and implement corrective measures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics
