This position is responsible for assembling products, packaging orders, and ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

1- 2+ years of experience.
Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with shipping software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Ability to work under moderate supervision.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

The expected salary range for this position is $22.50-$23.70 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.

Scope of Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler and Shipping Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic mechanical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
No direct reports.
This position reports to Warehouse Manager.
This role is onsite and is based in Escondido, California.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assembler Responsibilities
Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Inspect products for defects or missing parts before packaging.
