About the role

Operational Excellence: Monitor fleet health, fleet supervision, vehicle safety compliance, and inventory management for all mobile units within the district.
Performance Coaching: Conduct virtual and in-person bimonthly sales meetings.
The Asurion Way: Reinforce the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell approach, ensuring technicians are not just repairing devices but also providing "Connected Home" solutions to every customer.

Drive Profitability: Manage the district P&L, optimize labor costs, monitor fuel/maintenance expenses, and calculate monthly performance-based bonuses.
Strategic Staffing: Maintain proactive recruitment and onboarding practices to ensure all mobile territories are fully staffed and technicians are road-ready.
Based out of our Carrollton Corporate Office, you will serve as the strategic lead for a multi-state territory.
Manage the district P&L, optimize labor costs, monitor fuel/maintenance expenses, and calculate monthly performance-based bonuses.
Maintain proactive recruitment and onboarding practices to ensure all mobile territories are fully staffed and technicians are road-ready.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional ability to build culture and maintain high morale among employees who do not work in a traditional office/store setting.

Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record, as travel is a core component of this role.
however, flexibility is required to support a mobile workforce that may operate on weekends or evenings.
Familiarity with fleet management, safety protocols, and territory optimization.

$90,000 - $100,000+ per year.
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
